Brilliant overall experience. Comfortable modern hotel located just next door to Gondola, and Hokkaido. Especially helpful amicable staff, ideal location in the very centre of Hirafu. Excellent service and well heated and well-equipped rooms with all kitchen equipment

Our city break was pleasant overall with a few added bonuses. the location was excellent, within walking distance to many attractions. We were pleased with the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi access, which saved us some money. the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
the heating system in the room was not working properly, causing some discomfort.

Good location in the heart of the city and friendly staff are the best aspects of this hotel. The amenities offered like the kitchen and room space were appreciable.
The overall experience was not satisfactory. The expensive price tag didn't match up with the amenities that were offered.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms equipped with a coffee maker, tea kettle, and all the necessary kitchen amenities. We also appreciated the full set of glasses and different types of equipment. This hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to transportation, parking, and great restaurants nearby. Located in a convenient area, the hotel has great facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen, bedrooms, and dining area, as mentioned by reviewers. The staff is also highly appreciated for their exceptional hospitality, especially the GM, who went out of the way to assist guests. The breakfast served by the hotel in the lobby is also highly recommended by visitors.
Some visitors mentioned that the room cleaning service could be improved, with one review mentioning that it took five days for room cleaning and towel changes.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable for our group of 5, perfect for the elderly as well. We were impressed with the full range of facilities, from different types of glasses to a cooker, toaster, and coffee maker. The highlight was definitely the big bedroom with two bathrooms, making us feel right at home. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities. The hotel also provided washing and drying machines on every floor, and there was a fitness center on the 2nd floor. The staff went above and beyond, providing superb service. Special thanks to Yama San for taking such good care of us. This is truly the best place to stay, and we highly recommend it.

Our last-minute decision to visit Niseko in mid-April paid off. Despite the late season, we were still able to enjoy several days of skiing thanks to the advice we received. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and ski hire. The staff at the Shiki Hotel were welcoming and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We also loved the stunning views of Mount Yōtei and Mount Niseko from our room. we had a brilliant stay late in the season and look forward to returning in the future.
